Setup — pay once, or get it free
Every setup has two routes. The free route means committing to six months of Run.

If you take the free-setup route and leave before month six, the waived setup fee becomes payable. It's stated on your order and in our Terms, clause 4b. No other conditions, no small print beyond that.
Run — someone actually operates it
Cancel any time after the minimum term. Your price is locked for as long as you stay.

Pay yearly and get two months free. Included change-hours reset on the 1st and don't roll over — we'll remind you before you lose them. Extra work beyond your included hours is £45/hour, always agreed in writing before we start.
OpenX24 is operated by Servolia LLC (Wyoming, USA), which takes the payment — so Servolia is the name you will see at checkout and on your bank statement. Same company, same team, just the registered name.
Live in 24–48 hours, or you don't pay for the setup
Miss the deadline and your setup fee is refunded in full — or if your setup was already free, your first month is on us. The clock starts when you've sent us what we need. We can promise this because we deploy from our own templates rather than building from scratch.
What people ask about the price
Because we'd rather have you for a year than for one invoice. The setup costs us real hours; we're betting you'll stay once it's working. If you leave before month six, that waived fee becomes payable — which is the only thing that makes the offer safe for us to make.
Core is genuinely small: one seat, 500 assistant replies, 30 minutes of changes. It suits a business that's just launched. If you're doing real volume you'll outgrow it, and we'll tell you when — we'd rather move you up than have you quietly frustrated.
From us, no. You'll pay Shopify directly for their subscription, and your own domain if you don't have one — neither goes through us and we don't mark them up.
£45/hour, quoted and agreed in writing before anything starts. You'll never get a surprise invoice. If it's happening every month, that's a sign you should be on a higher plan and we'll say so.
