Yes, and it's useful on its own — plenty of people follow it and build the shop themselves. Over the next two weeks I send a few short emails, and one of them asks whether you'd like us to build it. One click stops them.
No — plenty of clients start from zero. Get the free launch plan, then reply to it with where you are, and I'll point you in the right direction before you spend anything.
One business day for the AI Assistant, two for a Starter store, three for the Lead Engine, five for a Growth store or the full Growth Stack — and you get the exact date in writing before we start. The clock begins when we have everything we need from you: products, branding and access. It pauses while we're waiting on you, so the fastest thing you can do is send those promptly.
Payments are not refunded on a change of mind. If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get your money back — and a store build is only "handed over" once it can take a real order. Full terms in our Refund Policy and Terms.
You own your content, your data and your Shopify store — always, and we'll export everything on request. The CRM and AI assistant are our software, licensed to you for as long as you subscribe, which is why the setup costs a few hundred pounds instead of tens of thousands. Yes. The Lead Engine and AI Assistant work on any website. We've built them for online stores, student agencies, property firms and local service businesses — the forms and the assistant get shaped around your trade.
