Make a data protection complaint
Last updated: 6 October 2026
If you are unhappy with how OpenX24 has collected, used, stored or shared your personal data, tell us here. OpenX24 is a trading name of Servolia LLC, which is the data controller described in our Privacy Policy. You do not need an account or an order with us to complain.
What happens when you complain
- We acknowledge it within 30 days — in practice at once: when you use the form below, an acknowledgement with your reference number is emailed to you straight away. If you write by email or post, we acknowledge it as soon as we read it.
- We investigate it. We look at what happened to your data and why, and if we need anything more from you to do that, we ask.
- We tell you the outcome — what we found and what we have done about it — by email, or by post if you wrote to us by post.

Other ways to complain
You do not have to use the form. A complaint by email or by post is handled in exactly the same way.
- By email: hello@openx24.com — please put “Data protection complaint” in the subject line.
- By post: OpenX24, a trading name of Servolia LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Complaining to the ICO
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113. The ICO usually asks whether you have raised it with us first, which is why we make that quick — but you can contact them at any time.
