Card payment via Stripe. A store build is yours outright, and so is a wholesale setup — it lives in your own Shopify admin. The CRM and the AI Assistant are our software, so they come with Run Core at £29/month — that is what licenses them and supplies the replies and contacts they run on. A store build or migration offers Run Core at the pay button, optional, with its first charge 14 days after payment. Already a client? Your dashboard carries a referral code: a business you refer gets £50 off its first setup, and you get £50 when they pay.

Pay yearly and get two months free. Included change-hours reset on the 1st and don't roll over — we'll remind you before you lose them. Changes beyond that are £55/hour on any plan, always quoted and agreed in writing before we start. Run Core has no included hours: it keeps everything running, and changes are quoted when you want one.
Built & handed over on the date we commit
You get the date in writing before we start, and the clock starts when you've sent us what we need. We can hold that date because we deploy from our own templates rather than building from scratch.
Two things sit outside anyone's control, so we say them here rather than in the small print: card payments switch on when Shopify finishes verifying your business (usually the same day — we start it in the first hour), and a newly pointed domain can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone. Both are started on day one; neither is hidden inside the promise.

The two complaints people have after buying a cheap store build are losing control of their own accounts, and being handed the keys and never hearing from the builder again. Both are fixed here, in writing.
Everything is set up in your name
Your Shopify account, on your card. Your domain, registered to you. Your data, in accounts you control. Every credential handed over at launch — if we disappeared tomorrow, your store wouldn't notice. We keep deploy access only while you're on a Run plan, and you can revoke it any time.
A handover, not a goodbye
Every setup ends with a screen-share handover where you drive — adding a product, changing a price, reading your leads — plus a written runbook in plain English, and booked check-ins at 7 and 30 days. They're in the calendar before the handover call ends, not promised and forgotten.
What people ask about the price
Core is genuinely small: 500 assistant replies, and no included change hours — it keeps everything running, and any change is quoted at £55/hour. It suits a business that's just launched. If you're doing real volume you'll outgrow it, and we'll tell you when — we'd rather move you up than have you quietly frustrated.
We build and hand over on the committed date — that part is ours and it's guaranteed above. Card payments switch on when Shopify finishes verifying your business (their identity checks, not ours — usually same day, occasionally longer), and a newly pointed domain can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone. We start both in the first hour of day one, and you can see the store on its temporary address the whole time. Anyone who promises "taking payments in 48 hours" is promising Shopify's timetable and the internet's DNS on your behalf.
Both give you a themed shell, and both leave you alone with it. What they don't include is the part that fills your inbox: an assistant answering from your live catalogue, every enquiry captured and scored, ad tracking that survives blocked cookies — and a person who's still here at day 7, day 30, and when something breaks. That operation is what the Run plan pays for. If a shell is genuinely all you need, the free builder is good and you should use it.
From us, no. You'll pay Shopify directly for their subscription, and your own domain if you don't have one — neither goes through us and we don't mark them up.
£55/hour, quoted and agreed in writing before anything starts. You'll never get a surprise invoice. If it's happening every month, that's a sign you should be on a higher plan and we'll say so.
